Correct!! A pea roast.

As they said last time though I wouldn't want that car after it's been ragged like that from cold.

Who suggested it was done from cold? There is always one who wants to be the smart arse damp squib.
I know for a fact it had been warmed up correctly, been for a drive, had a wash and then and reversed into position.

Just enjoy it for the fun of it eh?

The "fun of it"?? confused I'm right with Flintstone on this. I'd be extremely worried if mine spat out vapour like that after it had been "warmed up correctly"!! Does yours belt stuff out the back when reved like that from warm Blues? We need to know!!

Hmmm, unburned fuel or even water at exhaust velocity? "Er, sorry you're blind mate but it was a laugh".

How loud? 115db? 120db? Enough to cause permanent damage then. "Err, sorry you've got tinitus mate but it was a laugh".

Still pretty daft. IMHO of course rolleyes

One has to say chaps, that the old sayings are the best ones..Everything in its place and a place for everything.

If many of you live your lives by some of the posts here, I would guess you are all wrapped up in your beds by 9am with your hot choccy.

Give some folk a break. One does not need beer nor drugs to have a bit of fun and a laugh and some pranks. Sure these can go wrong, sure crossing the street is dangerous and Green Bowling is the most dangerous sort in the UK, statistically (so I am told), but hey, that is what makes us Unique, and besides which I am sure that there are not many TVR owners as responsible as we are (myself included now I am not exactly in my twilight years)that have bought our cars to poodle about and enure that we are so quiet as not to upset the neigbours.

IMYO, as long as it is not ridiculous, this site belongs to everyone of all walks of life and with an extremely varied view point, and whilst my ownership is very sensible, I can understand the exitement that gets to us all, perhaps manifiesting itself in many ways for those that are less mature.

Good luck and great ownership to all.

WOHA there a minute!!redface This is in danger of getting away from the spirit in which any criticism was made! All that happened was two of us said we didn't find it "a laugh" and Flintstone said he wouldn't want that car after it had been 'ragged' like that from cold (an opinion with which I happen to agree). It's not about whether the blokes in the vid 'should' or 'shouldn't' have done what they did. Nor is it about personal maturity or childish behaviour. It's only about individual opinions voiced over something that thankfully isn't terribly important! smile

It's a prank good, bad, funny does it really matter?

If some people find it funny great if you don't move on, if the engine was hot of cold it matters not, only to the owner.

Lets lighten up a bit shall we, or does another thread have to be Locked prematurely? rolleyes
