2.3 '99 Galaxy - Electric windows

Hi,
I have a Galaxy and it's electric windows suddenly decided to pack up. Not a major problem, except the passenger side one is stuck in the down position. It did give up temporarily a couple of weeks before the complete breakdown but then started working again.
I've replaced the wiring looms in both the drivers and passenger side as it's a common problem for these to wear out due to the flexing at the door hinge, but this has not cured my problem.
The electric mirrors, central locking, sunroof, courtesy lights and all the other small electrical items are working as expected. None of the window switches work in any of the other seats either. Did notice a bit of wet around the passenger footwell and under the seat where there is a bit of wiring but it's hard to get under there for a decent look without removing the seat. Wiring was a little wet but has since dried out with no change.
Anybody got any other ideas before I get scammed by the dealer? Thanks very much in advance.
