im getting this constantly at the moment.

I have to refresh every time I load a new page, sometimes serveral times

It has not been fixed. Today, it is to put it in techical terms, buggered.

Same problem as yesterday so I have taken the server out of our environment to see why it is being so problematic again.

Plenty of space, looks more like a MSXML error, though still haven't diagnosed it.

what are you using for the db? mssql?

The MSXML versions were very slightly different across servers (though uninstalling and reinstalling the latest versions would not update them they were that close) so have upgraded manually the dlls across the servers. This has solved another random error we were getting, so hopefully solved this problem too.
