Just got my Rocker Covers back from the Powder Coaters but they had to remove the baffle plates for degreasing.

What threadlock should I be using to put them back? I am thinking high strength due to not wanting the screws to drop out and wreck the engine! or is this a bit extreme and a medium may be better? Also anyone recommend a particular type suitable for hot oil and ally etc.

I also need to seal the shortened bolts in the plenum having removed the heater so no extra air gets in, again any recommendations?

Cheers

I used Loctite 271 on mine as it was listed in the application chart for fitting camshaft bearings, heat and oil resistance should be OK?
