Hmmm, extra I's and V's

Well 1 problem fixed and up comes another...

Just got the car back and the dash readout has some random things going on. On the display which shows fuel, oil, pressure revs, etc etc occasionally has extra V next to the battery voltage (so it read 13.8VV) the digital speedo gets a speech mark next to it and the Kmph sometime shoes Kmpphh. Change onto another screen and go back... all ok???

Overheating of the dash pod ECU?

There should be a small fan that runs to keep it cool, it may have died.
