Hello there,

I'm after getting my Dad a track day present but an after some recommendations.

We've spectated at Oulton a few times in a variety of conditions so I think it would be nice if he got to see what the drivers are taking into consideration etc.

He knows how to handle his own cars, but has only even done a simple circuit in an Impreza.

Also, can I walk around the outside of the circuit and get piccies?

What companies would you recommend?

Thanks!

I'd unhesitatingly recommend the Top Cats experience day.

One warning, though; it isn't cheap, even though it's very good value for money.

If you're thinking of him using his own car then BookaTrack are running a few novice days this year. It's excellent value as it's open pit lane and the numbers are kept low too.

wavey Kirsty.

He drives a Mondeo estate so I'd like to get him into something with a bit of oomph!
