Wire harness trapped / door trim removal

Hi, The wire harness from the drivers door on my T350 has become visible and appears to be getting trapped between the door and front wing every time the door is opened. The sheath has worn through as a result.
How on earth do I get at the harness to 'push it back' further into the door? I have tried all ways to get at it, but reckon that I need to take the interior door trim off and pull it through a little - but I can see no sign of how to remove the door trim either - what a silly person I am!
Please any suggestions on either solving the harness problem or removing the door trim would be much appreciated before the wires become damaged.

Door trim removal is straight forward, if a little fiddly.
On the underside of the door you will find three plastic plugs; remove these, to show three hole - front, middle and back of the door.
In each you will find self tapping type bolt thingy - 10mm I think? This is the fiidly bit as the bolts don't align (on mine) directly with the holes so I couldn't use a socket. I used long nosed pliers and a ratchet spanner to remove these bolts.
Once out, the panel will just slide out at the bottom and then just gentley pull down from the silverish rim at the top. Carefull though- don't forget to disconnect the speaker wire!
Refit is a reversal of removal - including the fiddly element.

Many many thanks Lee for such a speedy, clear & concise reply. I immediately ran into the garage, did as you outlined, hey presto, off it came. Job done. Wire back in place. Not even any speakers to disconnect as I don't have any - is this normal?

Glad to have been of help. I've obtained help inumerable times from PH so it's nice to have been able to return the favour.
I think that later models have door speakers, but earlier ones don't (mine does - 2006 Tam). It does make a difference when you want to use the stereo instead of listening to the exhaust!
