Saw them last night at Coventry, didn't quite know what to expect as I'd heard mixed reviews from recent shows, however I have to say I thought they were very good - great show, great music and stage with the moving/split screens etc, only downside was getting out of the carpark and I don't think I've ever seen so many fat/ugly people (audience) in one place at the same time, although maybe that's just Coventry........rolleyes

So for anyone going to any of the other gigs on the tour thumbup

Now looking forward to Clapton on Sunday..... music

Saw them at the last concert at the old Wembley before they tore it down - I though they were very good then as well

I saw them in 84 (I think!) and 87 at donington, 86 at hammy odean and then at milton keynes in 89. They are Ok, but don't think the overall buzz could match the 86 - 89 days!

I'm sure it will be a good show!

On a different, but associated tack, I saw Def Leppard last night, picked up tickets outside... I thought it would be a laugh, if a bit crap, but it was great, they were very very good! Not so sure about whitesnake who were the support...

Have been tempted to try an get last minute tickets for twickenham, but dont think the bank balance will allow it now smile

Their music is getting softer...the new album 'Lost Highway' is meant to be Nashville influenced

smile benefits of age! Though if it was 84 (I think it was!) I was only just 14.

Music is definetly softer, they being supported by the Feeling arent they??! I may pop up and get a ticket outside, depends if I can be bothered really. Thats the way to do it mind you, wait til just before Bon Jovi are on and the touts will look to ditch what stock they have!
