Where are you staying Phil?
All on the list so far are at the same site, away from the circuit.

With the rest of us! Well, he asked me to book some extra pitches.

I'm in my SL320 poooofs hair dresser car.

Dave McDonald (remember him?) is in his Aston DB4.

Alan (one of the other guys) will be in some kind of estate car.

I thought Nick M was coming down too. Have to wait and see.

This is where you are going, Chateau de Chanteloup.

Check out the site and look for the best coloured Ultima (Last years concourse de elegance winner).
In the same picture look for the rather dodgy judges.

Yep.... we was robbed! Judges seemed to prefer a gay yellow one to a butch red one.... (and the 10 free beers to the judges seemed to help!)

Seems to be some chat about dress code.
Apparently the ticket warns that holders not suitably dressed will not be allowed in. The talk is around printed T shirts and shorts being a no-no. I'm suspecting this may be being applied more specifically to the main area and in particular the pits/pit walk.
As pit walk will be one of the attractions for me I am making plans but only as far as having a pair of lightweight trousers and a nice polo shirt. I may stretch to a panama hat.

Wayne in long trousers... now this I have to see.

^^^Yeh' that makes sense, LeMans, mid July (ish) and they want folk to wrap up warm like scratchchin GOOD ONE!
I will have to do some research on this one and if the Prof's intel is right on this one, the Bat cave will need to be turned up side to unearth suitable attire yes

As the man who turned up at a track day in white T-shirt, black track-suit styleee shorts and steel toe capped boots with no laces! Does your wardrobe contain suitable clothing? hehe

(Pot, kettle springs to mind scratchchin )

^^^ Good point that, I will give my Nan a call and see if I can borrow her sewing machine yes, that's a point, I wonder if she has any patterns I can use?
Just realised, other than the fact that the Singer runs on 240volts, I don't know a thing about sewing machines!
Do we have any CanAm owners out there that can offer their dress making skills, no, sorry, that should read tailoring skills and help me out in the trouser department, ( oh er, don't worry men, it is just a phrase of terminology, nothing more ), for reference MY inside leg measurement is 31.5".
