I had one. Superb car, with a fantastic gearchange.

However, mine was only 6 years old and 40k miles when I had it, but the front chassis rails were already holed with rust. There won't be many left now...

Just seen this thread, I actually saw one on the road last week near Heathrow......couldn't believe my eyes, must be nearly 20 years sinc I last saw one on the road.

Seeing that ad posted early, I wonder if it was the same car, as the one I saw was blue, which I guessed wasn't original, seem to remember only black, met grey and orange being the colours they came in.

Oh and that 131 Abarth......

the orange one is £6500 tempting but a lot of money for an old Fiat, might go and buy one from Italy and avoid the rust issues, have seen a couple for sale, one has a cosworth engine and is 10k euros,, there is another in grey loooks to bea reasonable price as well...
