The passanger door has started to rattle where the panel meets the door edge, is there an easy way to remove the interior panel, and then secure it in a firm manner ?

all help much appreciated.

Hope you got long skinny arms, you're gonna need em;

the door card is held on the door with 4 or 5no.(Cant remember off hand) bolts that are fibrglassed into the door card, which are accessed through the speaker hole.

It could be the nuts come loose or the stud has come away from the door card. When my came back from a body repair a couple of years back one of the studs had been wripped out of the door card (I guess they missed that nut when removing the door card) and i had to re fibreglass it in again.

The door trim is held by 3 captive studs in the GRP, one forward of the speaker, one either side of the door pull.
As said, burly arms dont stand a chance.
The window has to be up to get your arm in to reach the furthest one.

Thread here with some pictures of a Chimaera door card. Probably some differences but might help.
