Can anybody tell me how one goes about taking payments via credit card. Plan is to take small payments (£10 / £20 a go) over the phone. I'd be grateful if people could give me pointers around how to go about setting this facility up, what kind of cut they will demand, and how long it tends to see the cash from the cc company.
