Hi.
Long time no posting really - been busy as our baby certainly takes up the time where I used to browse Pistonheads for hours!!
Anyhow, I've now sold the S4 quattro B6 Avant since I wanted a bigger boot.
So.
A RS6 quattro Avant in Mugello Blue, Silver silk nappa leather piped in black, solar sunroof, phone prep is now part of the family.
Got it on Tuesday. Not had time to Zymol it, so Autoglym has been used for speed!
Wow.
Forgot how fast these are - haven't driven one for years.
Getting new brakes discs and pads on the front on Saturday, might try to investigate the "edge of the envelope" of the performance and handling once the brakes are run in!
I'll get some pics on the profile when I can.

Wicked, awesome and has been fault free.Wouldn't mind a Milltek exhaust but can't see that happening yet.
First service was last week, straight forward and bill bearable.
But, a third of the service cost was filling the V8 engine back up with oil!! Ouch!!
I don't carry any load but I did jack the tyre pressures up a tad from the recommended (unloaded) Audi pressures on the Michelins.
Be interested to know what your pressures are with the prams, nappies and baby passengers you are now carrying.jimmyb said:
