Just in case anyone is stuck for something to do tomorrow afternoon, BENS (motor industry charity) is having their annual vintage car rally and fair.

It takes place at Lynwood, in Sunninghill, and I think kicks off at 12:30.

We go every year - and always a good afternoon had by all.

Didn'[t see you there, Lord K. Some great cars, even liked that AA1 Renault... they said it was worth up to 3/4 Mil!

Chris - sorry we missed you.

We were there from start to finish (literally). We all had a brilliant day. And everyone I spoke to said the same thumbup

And I was in the middle of the 3:00pm falconry display (if you were watching it then) hehe

I've got a ton of pics - including my 2 absolute favourite cars of all time - both of which has a presence at the show today bounce

I'll post them upater.

Quite funny seeing all my old BiB mates and ex-partners, who were on duty there today!

Loved the Dart, and there was quite a range of AMs there. Someone pointed out that the old Aston symbol was very Masonic. biggrin

Here's a small selection of my pics: http://www.klincewicz.com/lynwood08/

There were over 200 cars on show (more than they expected)!

I only posted a small selection of my favourites - of which my 2 absolute faves (like #1 and 2 is the Daimler Dart SP250C and the Alfa 6c cloud9

Ironically - the alfa is owned by a guy called Les Paul thumbup

if you don't get the 'Les Paul' reference above, then you're not a guitar player

OK All, before Kinky tells me off for reviving an old thread this is on again this Saturday 27Jun09 at 1:00 PM. I went last year, and had a great afternoon, although Mark managed to avoid me all afternoon!

Well worth a visit.
