crank sensor?

Guys
would someone tell me where the crank sensor (4.5 AJP) is and how to remove it to check for debris as per the service book??

Jack up the car and looking up where the dipstick tube enters the block/sump you'll see the sensor and insulated wire.

Dissconnect the plug that is attached (depress the wire retainer)

Undo the bolt retaining the sensor

Once undone you will need to twist the sensor so it will clear the dipstick tube

Clean and refit

Refitting is the reverse of removal.
