BRSCC have not sent us our times thru yet, JR said he hoped for qually and race 1 on sat, with race 2 sun.

I'm not sure how much of a race you're going to see clive .. I only know of a handful of racers going.

Lol i do a lot to promote the series I just can't find anyone to give me 50k to build them a car
I got teh impression from a fone call with a competitor earlier today that numbers would be sparse .. is this not the case? I hope it's not the case as it's a long way for me to go even and probably another 100 pounds in diesel there and back so would be good to have a nice big grid

ah I think dave chant (ntel) was hoping to be out in C at anglesey aswell? Could be 10 on the grid now .. looking better and better. still need some more if the average grid numbers are to be high at the end of season

but what about the sky telly coverage? dont you think tere would be more racers out if the race was covered on sky? what are the series organisers doing to sort this out? If I was going to race I would want to join something with telly for my sponsors and many fans lol!

It would be good to watch the races on the telly anyway as I can only get to one or two a year.

So whats hapenning with the telly then???

and if nothing is hapenning are the racers going to go and race in smething with telly? I would! Even the Mazdas are on telly!

TV costs 15-20 grand a year, and as you can imagine finding that 20 grand in series sponsorship isnt easy..


and that 15-20 grand isnt for they type of coverage the btcc get, its more like a couple of blokes with a camera and someone editing it in their spare room...

there's a very small chance I may make it.

as got a fully running spare 3.9 engine comming wednesday. It could do with a re-fresh, but I could stick it in as is. just to get me out there.

I can then test all the parts, before trying to get several custom item to all work together.

Depends on if I can get a test day at Brans before Anglesey, as not going unless it's been tested localy.
