Hi all, I've just bought a '97 4.2 Cerbera, but the wierd thing is the engine looks like the one shown below which I take to be a 4.5 (I've just pinched the pic off the classifieds ads on here, that's not my exact car) It's got the 8 blue intake pipes above the heads and carbon plenums etc not the fuel rails on show and short intakes as the 4.2 have?

Could it be that my new car has a 4.2 block on 4.5 intakes? Or is it more likely that the care may have had an upgrade at some time?

Cheers,

Andy

I think it was on spiders but I can't remember the colour.I spoke to the owner to tell him it was probably a 4.5 from his photos but he said it was 4.2 with 4.5 inlets
