Just wondering this..

With the wonderful sight of the semi 'works' cars at
a couple of rounds and with the Eclipse car coming in
behind them, has it cost TVR the GT Championship?

( Edited to remove woeful spelling! )

Anyone know how much tickets are?
The Brands Hatch ticket site seems to be stuck in a loop.

May be the solution here would be to put Piers and Shane in one Dewalt car each and ensure one of them wins. The other way would be for Eclipse to given works status for Brands Hatch with 91 and 92 giving back up support. I want to see Eclipse win because I have known John Griffiths and Chris Pollard for a long time and they have worked hard on getting the team right.

Any other ideas?

The points are:

Balfe / Derbyshire - 184
Johnson / Lynch - 180
Herridge - 179

Brands could be - - Interesting!!!!

....indeed Graham

Winner, potentially, takes all. Obviously I have allegiances, but whichever way the dice falls, it has been a fantastic end to the Championship (...again) and I wish all the teams well.

A special thanks to Mr Jaoa "Wow" Barbosa (..Rocky to a select few) - you couldn't hope to meet a more decent human being, let alone a frighteningly quick one.

Joao is super quick. The constant 2:26 lap times were just amazing. Brands Hatch should be a cracker of a season final.

lets just hope we dont see a TVR going very slowly like i did at the donnington finale at donnington last year. I was geniunely really really gutted, i cant stand velouqx and to see them win and shorty and his lovely TVR break down was, well, heart breaking. Simon pullan and shorty really deserved the title.

Good luck to everyone, i dont mind any of the teams this year, it was just velouqx last year. But having said that id love eclipse to win.

I have to agree with Viperman; most people would like to see Eclipse win. Even the other teams would like to see Eclipse win.

I would also like to see CDL have good luck for a change!

Thanks James

I would like to see CDL have some luck, the SPA weekend was an endurance event for Bert and the rest of the Team.

yes, CDL have had some shocking luck this year, lets hope they can put in a good showing at brands and continue on next year. Its been a funny year in the brit GT's, in one way its been awful, none of the vipers, listers, speed 12's, saleens e.t.c. I have missed GT machinery, but i completely undersatnd the costs in running a GT car so im very understanding. The FIA GT's at donnington were awesome, i made my dad drive me there and back on friday saturday and sunday! I love GT racing and the british GT's just havent been up to much this year.

But on the other hand the mosler vs TVR battle has been a good one, eclipse, rollcentre and balfe all in the chase for the title at the last round, brilliant. Also the oulton park race was fantastic in GTO and GT cup, very impressed and for TVR to win on TVR's home track and on my birthday, great. Lets hope the british GT's will get more publicity and TV coverage thus encouraging more sponsors and making more money avalible for the teams.

Thanks Bert! Let's hope we're running one-two at the end. It's going to be a bloody nerve-wracking weekend, without a doubt.

Steve @ Eclipse.
