Brake wear

Ive got a 2001 disco td5. off side rear brake pad keeps wearing down and scoring the disc after about2-3k any ideas what might be my problem

Most likely is ceized caliper or handbrake.

Being LR it should be easy enough to pull apart and loosen everything off.
