Done the usual searches - nothing. So just who and where is this guy. Is he a protected species?

I will need a trackday setup at the end of the month and Mr. Dunn sounds like the top man.

Anybody got a website or telephone number?

Gather that his waiting list is measured on geological timescale so might as well try to get in early .......

He is an old school engineer. I suppose he is an Ultima Specialist now, looks after at least four of ours now his website is here:

http://www.charlesdunn.uk.com/

Not very fancy site - which tells alot about him, his way of working and the results that he seems to achieve. He is also the American Speed authorised specialist.

But.....he is busy!!! With mine, then Blue Satins!!!

Currently working on a DB5 and looks after a race Ferrari, 328 I think.

If he's not a suspension specialist, then at least he is a specialist with Ultima suspension - he has the bump steer off pat and I'll trust him, given the factory susp figures to get it spot on!!

Give him a call.....thumbup

Stuart,
I am not doubting CD's abilities and have no personal experience of what he can do but if you are looking for the very best of the best, then SSS is your man, he is a Stealth and Ultima set up specialist and really does know these cars inside out yes
If you would like his details, give me a call and if not, then lets just hope that you will be satisfied with a possibly less than optimised set upwink

The only thing that is old as that picture is his workshop. He is a true engineer so if a part won't work or fit he will redesign and machine. He over the years had done many parts for the Ultima just improving on small aspects. For those not so mechanically minded as a few Ultima enthusiasts he also offers a good option for general service on the cars. Including such things as valve lash. Has something of a racing heritage himself so knows car set-up from experiance as well as an engineering veiwpoint.
As mentioned recently Calum Lockie took the Canam around Silverstone and was very complimentary about the setup of suspension that Charles had done. He took the car to limits where I only dream of reaching.
He does get very busy
