HELP ! ... cannot view downloaded bullet cam video

... but i can hear the audio.
something about "codec" files.
i have updated and downloaded the latest windows media player software (v.11, i think).
i can supply further details if anyone feels they may be able to help me.

Have you got mediaplayer configured to automatically download codecs? Doesn't always solve the problem but there's a box to tick in options/tools something like that.

Obvious, but if any software came with it, have a see if theres anything on there.
Also try VLC video player, it plays pretty much anything.
