Just wondering if any other Esprit owners are going to the Black Tie And Pie night?

I agree with that!! - Which Esprit have you got Pat?

Ernest - I liked the comment about parking the boeing infront of the TVR's...

Lots of this I hope!!

Excellent news, Lotus were somewhat under-represented at the last one with (IIRC) two Elises and one Elite.

Are any of you chaps turning up in a Lotus, or will they be tucked up for the winter?

I'm in two minds at the moment. Susie's Honda will be a damn site more gentle on the hangover.

Besides, I really can't turn up in a white Giugiaro Esprit, wearing a dinner jacket...

I get too much "Fookinell, it's James Bond" as it is.

Pat.

I shall certainly be going in my Esprit. And hopefully, if I have my way, shall be their early to enjoy a sauna etc before hand.... obviously in a tux and bow tie of course!

I haven't mentioned it to the missus yet, but maybe if Ernest is getting "Missing My Esprit" Syndrome, we could go for a quick tootle around the lanes?

Play it by ear I expect, but yep, I shall be keeping my end up Miss Moneypenny!

Ahh Pat, C'mon. It's the perfect Lotus inspired evening because "we will all be doing that, sir".

Lovely. I'll buy the beer at the end. FWIW I will actually be arriving a day early, so will have plenty of :bondstyleeon:time to kill :bondstyleeoff:

Looked at this earlier in the week. Still 50/50 at the mo. More Lotus owners would swing it. Did anyone go last year?

Steve,
I'm going - therfore you must.

I've been watching you for some time now Mr Anderson...

Excuse the Matrix quote, but as I've said before, I've been watching your site and can't wait to see your Esprit in the flesh.

Cheers,

JC
