My new X5 3 D M-Sport

Here are some pics of my new X5. Also some pics of my dads older model for comparison. Really pleased with the colour. Its black, but in the light looks like a deep blue. Got all the extras on. Can't get the DVD screen thats at the back of the arm rest to fold away, which is quite annoying and also i keep turning the lights on and off when i get in and out, which is annoying too.

Other than that, i love it, drives really well.

Looks nice.

They arent much bigger than the old one but they look massive when you see them on the road.

The quality of the interior is a huge step up as well.

Is it much better to drive than the previous one?

Is that what BMW call the Carbon Black?

Seen it (or similar if not) on those 130i M-Sport LEs.

Anyway, very nice. Like the interior colour too.

Haven't spent a huge amount of time in it yet, only done 20 odd miles, but so far, the ride is better and more comfortable, the steering is better and its a real cruiser. Its a bit quicker as well but not by much. (i'm always suprised how quick these X5 D are)

However the older model seems to me to be a bit more sporty. I'm heading to Manchester tmrw, so 100 odd miles, should know better
