Simple question (event times)
Discussion
The date on the calendar thing is old and approximate I think.
The time tables are here:
http://www.britcar24hr.co.uk/cms/e107_plugins/afm2...
Basically the 18th is testing from 9am - 5pm and the 19th is testing (9:00am-10:10am), qualifying (10:20am - 12:05pm) and racing (1:05pm - 6:15pm) from 9am - 6:15pm.
Hope this helps.

The dates for Silverstone state Fri (1pm) - Sun (1pm) on the Britcar website.
I assume the actual race is Sat - Sun, 1pm to 1pm ? If this is correct, is it practice on Friday ?
There might be a little confusion here. We're at Silverstone on the International circuit on 18th & 19th July for a 3 hour race. Tucker Jr's reply refers to that meeting.I assume the actual race is Sat - Sun, 1pm to 1pm ? If this is correct, is it practice on Friday ?
If you were after info for the 24 hour in September, the timetable hasn't yet been published. Last year, the race started at 4.30pm on the Saturday.

Im visiting the silverstone event on the 18-19th of July, and am deffinatly coming on the saturday but would like to take some pictures of the event with my new camera and was planning to come on the friday as well (the test day), but wanted to know for how long during the test day are the cars actually on track or is it an open track all day for any car taking part, as I don't want to come along and sit about between sessions?
Thanks very much
