Urgent Tomtom help please..!!

Hi all,
I'm in a bit of a pickle here..
I have some coordinates and would like to input them into my Tomtom One Europe, but they don't seem to make any sense.
The ones I have are: 44deg 49' 28N and 1deg 15' 23E.
How on oearth do I get them into the format accepted by my unit..?
Hope someone out there can help, I'm going at 0500hrs tomorrow..!!!
