Unexpectedly good day yesterday!

I attended the RAF Feltwell car show in Suffolk yesterday,as part of the 4th July celebrations for the USAFE.Caused a bit of a stir amongst the yanks, who for some reason kept pronouncing it TBR.Met up with fellow P.Header SlartyBartFast and his immaculate M3CSL

Mine and Slartys M3CSL.
Biggest surprise of the day,was walking home with these two babys..............

one for best colour. The other for best interior design.
Had a very spirited drive home,to find on pulling in to for petrol that the rod for the boot actuator had destroyed itself.Using the secret way in,away from prying eyes,i was a able to continue.Only to get stuck for an hour and half crawling through and out the Blackwall tunnel on the way home.Cant have it all my own way.

Cheers mate
.It had to be done.Ever since i done the other show for them at Lakenheath back in april,i knew i had to take the Cerbera to this one.I wanted to show what us Brits can put together.Ok,with a bit of help with glue, woodscrews, and velcro
.I have to say it went down rather well. The looks i got from the secruity detail at the gate was a picture. On approaching the main gate. There were four sentrys on duty armed to the teeth, with black sun glasses, the lot.Soon as i pulled up,they peered over the top of there glasses and commented on what a "cool ride"one fella even said that it sounded pretty awesome for a British car.(I thought we produce some of the best sounding cars anyway).By now i was lapping up the attention
,and decided to do a few laps around the base roads to let them knowthat a TVR was on American soveriegn soil. All was going well till i strayed in to an area off limits to the public and was met by two guards on quads, and a Hummer.Who escorted me part of the way to the show area.A really good day though and worth the 27 hours i stayed awake for,as i went staright from my shift at work.
