brilliant race !

Surprised how well everyone started from the "even" pitwall side of the grid. so a good sign for lewis tomorrow - esp if it's wet

I dont totally understand. But the pole sitter had his door open and waving his hands. But they started the race, he slammed his door shut and drove off...

Then stopped 1 lap in to shout at teh clerk of the course! yikes

Maybe stalled it and couldn't get it started, then after a little shunt from the rear it started in gear?

Seconded. It had me on the edge of my seat. It's seems to have been the norm this year. Thank goodness Mosley is going to get rid of it and replace it with something that won't be anywhere near as good, will not, in all probability, get a full grid and will not cost Eu200,000 per car. Max Rufus mosley has the fans' interests at heart.

Surely you can't believe that anyone who pays through the nose for a British GP ticket has any right to actually enjoy their day out ?wink

The car wouldn't start, so he started waving while still trying to start it, they started the race anyway and he got it started just in time. The driver that stopped to wave at the clerk of the course was the driver behind him who had his race totally ruined by bewing trapped behind. Looking forward to the Silverstone race tomorrow, live on Eurosport at 10:45 for anyone not at Silverstone.

My apologies. A momentary aberration.
