Hi Folks

my pals & I are pondering whether to head into Le Mans town on a Saturday evening after having caught some of the night racing atmos

Are there any decent bars ? or is it pretty dull / rough ?

Also what is the taxi situation like as our campsite is 8 k from the town

Many thanks
PN

For Many a year now i have been using Mulligans on Rue Docteur Le Roy (runs off Place Republic near Mc Donalds). Antione who owns Mulligans also owns Le Mans Legends restuarant in the town centre. Tell then Stewart sent you.

Le-Mands Legend restuarant is great use it every year nice food and there are a bars in the same street plus a short walk up the hill to the square and then there is the old town more chilled out.

If it was the red Scud with the Italian flag stripe then that was me. Bringing the Mazza Gran Tourismo to this event.
