When I was looking for them, I also found http://www.cvaxles.com/custom.htm and http://www.driveshaftshop.com/item170741.ctlg and there is also GKN to consider.
For the sake of utilizing parts from one "family", I have Nissan 240 axles, hubs and brakes that I plan to adapt, via adapter plates, to the Supra differential on the inside. On the outer ends, they will require new bearing carriers and caliper mounts to be machined. The bolt circle matches the existing one at 4x4.5". Apparently these axles are capable of handling a large torque load.

Best of luck and I'd be happy to help if you want more info.
Bernard.
