Cabin squeak

I have had my T350 for a few months now and a couple of things are really starting to annoy me! There is a loud squeak coming from somewhere on the passenger side and my drivers window is not coming up the whole way and therefore there is lots of wind noise during motorway runs.

Is there a guide on here on how to adjust the windows? Has anyone experienced the same squeaking whilst driving - if so where is it coming from and how do you fix it?

the top of my passenger seat rubs against the roof part, and its really annoyin! So I just move the seat forward a click

thanks for the reply!! I have tried that but i think the squeak is coming from somewhere up near the passenger side roll cage.

I have another problem with leaks in the cabin, one in the boot at the center towards the back (the tubes that drain the rear window are clear) and one from around the windscreen on the drivers side - water drips onto my hand as i am driving Are these common problems?

if it is the top of the seat rubbing the roll cage, i remember on the T350 I had i used a small piece of white felt that you get for putting under furniture so that it slides easily on wood floors - worked a treat.

Another fix for that problem is to fit a washer under the seat mounting on the door side of the seat. Due to the wonders of leverage a 1mm washer will tilt the seat towards the middle of the car and give you clearance of 3-4mm at the top of the seat where it touches the roll-cage.

Then again, I just saw another post here where people are complaining that their seats are leaning and the suggestion is to take the washers out. I guess it's a matter of whether you want the squeak/rub or the vertical orientation. Each to his own
