Weather was fantastic ... (for ducks).

There was at least 300 cars lined up in the mist, honest!

This was actually a break on the weather, it got a LOT worse than this!

Fly boy's Tam was only running on 5 cylinders. Made no difference though, we still couldn't catch him.

TBH, that was when it was running fine on all 6. hehe
I was caught when the misfire started, I slowed down & reduced rpm then swapped the lead to John & limped back. I've never driven anything so slooowlyhehe
I thought it was just water/moisture & tracking on the HT leads- but after having a bit of a play today it's more serious.
No spark on no2 cylinder. eek
Piston looks ok though.
I'll update later when it's been looked at properly.

Pic of broken coil pack- no wonder it didn't like the extreme damp conditionslaugh

3 very large cracks in the resin.
CleverTrevor supplied a new coilpack within 48 hours (as promised), fitted it after work today & test run in the drive.
Everything A ok

thanks to cleverTrevor for parts, Trackvroad for advice & Ben (iirc) for the WD40 thumbup

So it turned out to be a coil pack Chris.

I thought your car was a development mule for the new engine that TVR were going to announce....
