K20 missing/running on three or two.

I have a K20, I am running a Hydra (motec) ECU. It keeps running on three and sometimes will stop as it will try and run on just two. I have removed all wire guides on the top of the engine, and it seems to be if you wiggle random wires... I cannot find any breaks in any of them, and also it runs on three if u very lightly just touch the wires.
I have removed and cleaned the plugs and changed the coil packs. What should the plug gaps be... they look very big?
Could it be an earthing problem? I just have one earth strap from the gearbox to the car?

Why is that?
I just don't understand why touching the Honda wires going to the coil packs make it run on three?
Could it be interrupting the signal to the coils some how if the spark is weak due to the gap being to big?

What gap are your plugs set to?

Maybe some of them wires are dodgy if it makes a difference when you move them around.
