New to PH

Am i doing something wrong when uploading a picture onto 'my cars' or is there a problem at the moment within the website? If not what am i doing wrong ive tried linking the URL, and adding the [IMG} tag but no joys

Rob, sorry to be a pain, never had problems posting on a forum before as im always around owners forum

Ive tried , and [IMG]URL[/URL] but nothing is showing up still

Thats the URL im using to, but still no joy, also tried a different picture host but agian no luck

Just put [pic] and [/pic] either side of the url (no spaces).

ETA: It should be IMG in the last set of brackets, not URL. Either [pic] or [IMG] works

What the hell is going on with my typing today or my brain. I have been putting IMGURL/IMG and tried picURL/pic but again nothing. Im just going to give up i dont know whats wrong

Go to http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v157/Harvez/Supr... (where you linked to).

Right click the image you want, go to View image. Then you should be able to see the image and only the image. this is a direct link to the picture. Put that into the tags that you previously did.

You are linking to the page that holds the image with the outer frame, that will not work. You will need the actual IMG code provided on the page.

At the bottom right of the page there is the link to put it into the forums.

If you put the text with the IMG tags then it will work... eg
