seats that lean inwards

Why is it that the seats in my T350 and others I have seen all seem to lean towards the propshaft tunel(Inwards) could this be fixed by messing about with the spacers under the seat? or is it best left alone

Its to clear the roll cage and stop the top edge stitching fraying. If you look you will find they are really close with the seat fully back.

Don't think the tuscan style seats need this as they aren't as wide at the top.

Mine did the same.

Had them altered at the last service, the guide rails were adapted and although not 100% upright, they are much, much better.

Take seat out, look underneath. You will see a load of washers on the outside runner making the seat lean inwards. It might take a bit of hacking at the GRP of the seat frame, but you will be able to remove these washers. Mine is less than half as 'leany' now. Before doing this I felt like I was leaning on the centre console to stop myself falling over - weird feeling.
