Just got Flashed... Short advice on things to do..

bin reading this forum for a week or so now, so looking for short and sweet ideas and pointers thats all, cos i know all this NIP stuff has been done to death - basically I've read a lot like on safespeed but I dont necessarily understand it all...

basically got flashed last night, was doing about 60 in a 40mph zone (late at night, no traffic, no danger whatsoever but still me being useless)

so what are my options aside from receive it, sign it, and send it back and collect my 3 points before passing go... I get fined 40 quid as well don't I?

Unfortunatly it is now 60 or maybe 95 quid.

3 options really,

1) sign it and take it in the chin (no risk)

2) dont sign the nip (if you are prepared to follow it through)

3) claim you dont know who was driving and let them fight it out.

I'd go for (3) any time

Place any obstacle possible, ask for this and that, be very-very meticulous with the 'evidence'

break their balls - they'll give up sooner or later. These are not real cases, not real prosecutions, so nobody really gives a crap. Easy money if people shut up and pay up, too much hassle if they resist.
