A31 Dorest- a safe road?

I am interested in your views:

Do you think the A31 Dorset is a safe road to drive on, especially between Wimborne Minster and Bere Regis?

Do you think the road should be improved?

Seems ok to me I've cracked on a long there at a good few leptons many a time with no problems, not too many nasty bumps, reasonable overtaking opportunities, can't see the problem?

Lot of people killed on it ! I am not so sure why ?

Nice road when not during a rush hour, or bank holidays when it can get blocked with caravans.

When it is clear can be nice to get a little heavy on the right foot, plus it has enough roundabouts so you don't to get overly cocky!

Although the A350 from Poole to Blandford has nice variety in it.
