I believe the "Sports Car Centre" car is for sale. I can put you in touch with the owner. The car is in Worcestershire.

The car is for sale and I have the details. The engine is a 4.5 all Steel Rover Engine @420bhp. It is fully race ready as when it last raced in 1993. It won the Championship twice with Chris Hodgettes and Colin Blower.

e-mail me at tuscan28@aol.com (I don't have your e-mail Phil)

The car is not too far away from you.

regards

I have one Tuscan Race car left out of the three I had for sale, last raced by Steve Moore in 2002, car 26. Since then it has undergone a total refurbishment and is now 100% and ready to race/covert. (see www.hawthornsmotorsport.com ) If this is of interest, let me know, but be aware of the pitfalls if you intend to convert to a road/track car, it always cost more then you think Car 29 has been sold to another pistonheader who intends to convert to a track car ( less cost then full road), and car 27 is going to an existing tuscan racer. My cars are renouned as some of the best you can buy, I think that most people on here would agree with that, but conversion costs can leave you with a sickly wallet

Mmmm ..... Tucan project. Is this where you drive around untill you find a large, injured bird with a big bill then 'do it up' ?

I have a 99% complete Tuscan car (2 seater converted for road use) that will be ready in a few weeks if you're interested. It's been built by Insane Racing who prepared the winning car in the Tuscan Challenge last year. Most of the bits for the build came from Rod at Hawthorns.

If you're interested in a detailed spec let me know.
Shane
P.S. It's got an AJP engine and not Rover.
