What's the best type of battery for my T350?

I want to change the battery on my T350 as it's been on a while now and was just wondering what the best battery to use would be. Also is there any real benefit in using the Optima red top batteries?

i dont have a red top in my TVR but i have one fitted in one of my other cars. Its bloomin great and i have left it for months (if you believe the manufacturer it can be left over a year) even with a high spec alarm on it.They have a huge cold cranking capacity ideal for winter use, being gel rather than acid they are also leak free and can be fitted in any position, even upside down...though thats not really relative in a TVR ! Worth the extra for your TVR if you are keeping long term
