TVR 100 on Dave channel TV

Just caught the end of 5th gear,it had a yellow tamora up against a boxster and others. Was this car the one owned by flyboy? Would you believe it they voted the porky the best all rounder, poor taste in my opinion.

Depends how individual you want to be...good cars as they are, Porkers just seem to be everywhere now, hardly meriting a second glance.

Yes John, thats still mine. Was the factory press car at the time.
iirc the audience were not very impressed by the result- since both boxsters (they used 2) went home on trailers (broken)& the Tam drove away as if nothing had happened

Yes, the clutches went on the Boxters IIRC. Quite right it was the TVR press car and at the time of it's build the only roadgoing Tamora the factory had. That's why I thought Gaffer's dad was nuts when he chucked me the keys and told me to take it for a spin in the pissing rain when it was due to go out the next day with it's first journo.
