In the office next to me I think I have the UK sales office for Michelin SatNav.
Has anyone ever used one and are they any good?

Until I started here I'd never even known they made one. Thing is they don't seem to be able to give 'em away. They leave the door to their office wide open when they're out of the office with stacks of the little blighters just lying around.

Good thing I'm an honest chap really.

If its the Viamichelin then I had one until recently.

I replaced it with a Tomtom and to be honest I prefer the michelin, it gives you more advance warning and has a handy map showing the next part of the journey which is good for getting into the correct lane.
The tomtom seems to expect me to be able to cut across 3 lanes of traffic at a moments notice!

The only downside is it sometimes takes a while to re-calculate the route when you make a wrong turn or mis-interpret a direction, not much of a problem on a motorway but can be frustrating in a busy city centre.
