I am after a Ford 7" 3.38 diff. Can anyone tell me which models of ford it originally appeared in?

I think it *may* be from a Mk1 2.0 Auto.

Good luck with your search, they are pretty rare.

I think they were used on the early 2.3 diesel Sierras.

Log on to locostbuilders builders and do a search for sierra diffs and you'll get a list of cars,vin plate codes and all sorts to find what you need

I got my 3.38 diff from a 1988 f reg ford sierra 2.3D.
