Subaru Impreza WRX STI Tax band

Searched high and low for this and having no luck.

Been looking in the classifieds for a nice WRX STI (Possibly PPP) for my next car. I believe the 03 - 05 was a 2l turbo, is this correct ?

How much is the tax ? Is it currently 200 going up to 300 or is it in the £400 band which i think the new 2.5l ones are in ?

Also does the PPP add much to the tax ? if anything at all

So according to that come next year for my MY02 WRX Wagon it's £300 and in 2010 it's £430

Fudge that for a game of soldiers!! How the hell do they justify a £90 rise next year followed by a £130 rise the following year??....oh yeah i forgot....Labour are bankrupt so they have to get the money from somewhere. To55ers!!!

I wouldn't worry about the PPP...it's the base car they are interested in so whatever it is pre-PPP is what they will go on.

Well yeah looks like PPP makes no difference, guess ill try source one of them then and get more bang for my buck
