French trip pics

Just though I'd post a few pics from our French trip last week. We went to down to Annecy in the Alps for two nights and then on to Cannes and Monaco. The car didn't cause any probs but developed a noisy fuel pump that I had replaced as a precaution. Cheers for the TVR guys in Opio for sorting that out at such short notice, also to the valet at the casino in Monaco who let me park the tiv there. Made a change from all the common Ferraris





















These are some pics from the Opio TVR garage. Funny seeing a wedge for sale in the South of France!









P.S. Just in case anyone doubts the reliability of the cooling system on a TVR, we got stuck in stop/start traffic in Grenoble for two hours. The outside temp was 35 degrees! and the chim didn't once move off 90 degrees. The Leven cooling kit is definitely recommended

...and if anyone can tell me why the pics I've linked to are displaying the link AND the photo then it would be most appreciated

Actually, that was for sale. Had a look round it - seemed to be based on a Pontiac Fiero...
