100 SE's were built LE is just something else they get called. There was nearly 101 made as one owner had his vandalised and burnt out pretty close after purchased. I think TVR offered to make him another but I dont think it happened. Rumours that a few others were made and sent abroad..not sure if they were extras or included in the 100 I think Roger Thomas probably knows more.
