Car help.. Again ;-)

Hi Guys, right, after a few misshaps, the car's going to the garage tommorrow to get a full service and overhaul (Hopefully) - before i do this, i'd like to know what the best fluids are to put in the car: 5.7 V8 chevy - don't know the volumes or what i should be using, so any help would be appreciated.

Next question is, i need to have the tyres changed on the front - but where are the Jacking points? I don't want the garage sticking the trolley jacks through the floor..
