Old yella?

Whilst here at Le Mans we have discovered that older folk seem to like yellow Ultimas. Old owners and old admirers alike, why is this?

Red must be for up and coming old farts, while black is reserved for the young playboys

The yellow Can AM is for oldies in training we've deducted.

BTW We met Hot Lady yesterday in Arnarge Village.......and yes, she is!!!

Even being here I am unable to defend the Yellow as it seems all the older folk are drawn to the Yellow rather than the Black.
One theory is that sight is part of the problem and they find it easier to see the yellow

Not to forget Stuart ( Rusti Evo ) who bought the GTR from gtr-gaz, there is definitely a pattern emerging here , why is this I wonder?

Wayne, you see it's all a question of reliability, and the Driving Gods decreed that these colour Ultimas shall be the best. Us ancient scrotes prefer driving cars to repairing them so we can't get involved in black stuff or scary green.

Mr. Schwartz (who is not exactly a yoof) continues to do trouble free laps of our planet whereas a black/SBC car may struggle to rattle its way to Sainsburys

Yellow, the sensible choice - as recommended by Saga!

I have to agree. I can think of two (maybe three) high profile black Ultimi which seem to have been off the road more times than on it!

I chose yellow as being the most visible colour. This was confirmed after my "incident" earlier this year, when the third party told me he had been admiring (and he wasn't that old) my car from a distance, right up to the point of "coming together"

As for red being the colour for "up and coming old farts" I'm sure ditto will agree.

Yep happy its yellow and also proud to be an old fart. Going to Geneve for a party and my friends daughter is horified as she describes a group of old farts who refuse to accept that the years have slipped though their fingers.So its staright from an Ultima to a buss pass.

Just need to find a mounting point for that snow board on the Ultima.

Its bad enough to have colour prejudice without ageism.

Ageism is by no means a trait of mine thank you very much, I mean some of my favourite people are older than me you know; My two Nans, my Grandad and come to think of it, everyone that I know and like who are older than me so that surely can't make me ageist, can it?
Colour prejudice? That statement could possibly be slanderous
