Scamera Van M6 Penrith area.

Mrs GMan was driving up the M6 yesterday and at about 4.15pm spotted a Scamrea Van on a bridge over head. She says she was doing 80ish and was in the inside lane, with 2 other cars directly behind her. What can we expect? The van was white and yellow, could it have been checking tax, or should we expect something through the post, and if so what?
