....that i have to announce that i'm looking to part company with my Cerbera after 6 glorious years weeping

I mention it because i'm aware that it picked up a few admirers on here over the years & i would much rather it go to a known PHer if at all possible biggrin

A new business venture means i have no choice but to offer the car up for sale, we also have another nipper on the way, so it seems an appropriate time for someone else to have the pleasure.

I am in no doubt that i will be back in a TVR some time soon, & i'm doubly sure it will be another Cerbera.

Bloody Hell Simon. Shock and Horror.

Never thought you'd get rid. Anyway, hope the business venture works out but i'll probably see you around anyway.

Take care.

Blimey!

A very sorted Cerb indeed - I've had the pleasure of looking over it a few times at TCS. thumbup Hope it goes to a PH'er who will continue to maintain and use it in the way that it has become accustomed.

Thanks Mick, who knows, the Cerbera market may be up there with the housing market, i could still be cruising round in it for many more years to come.( I wouldn't be heartbroken )

Rest assured, either way, i'll still be at TVR events, there's nothing out there to compare to a TVR, even after all these years!

Sad news indeed and totally understand how you feel.

But..............

As Ben has said it's a stunner and any prospective Cerb owner would be a Fool to overlook it.

I was very lucky indeed in that my old Cerb went to an enthusiast and has since been sold to another, both post on here so it means I get to keep in touch with how it's doing.

Best of luck with whatever you get next...

Jules.

Cheers guys, many thanks for the sentiment, it's very much appreciated.

Bizzarely, there's a part of me that's hoping there's no interest in my car, or that i only attract silly offers!

If a distinct lack of proper interest proves to me that it's just not worth selling at the moment, then i will be more than happy to keep the car for a few more years, after all, it's only financial matters forcing my hand, i still relish using it & look forward to those special dry Sundays, when only a hoon will do biggrin

The rides around Oullton Park and Cadwell park will always be with me as one of life's great experiences Simon, that will never leave me and I thank you for that, as for selling the Cerb, someone will be getting one hell of a car and well sorted too, I just hope someone local buys it so we will still see it around, it must have taken a long time to come to the conclusion to sell it Simon, I hope we will still be seeing you around at some point Simon.

Too kind Kev, much more of that & i'll be withdrawing my ad...!

And you're right, i must have started writing the advert half a dozen times, only to abort & try again a few days later!

I still suspect i'm making a big mistake banghead

Correctamundo.

Dont do it. I have also briefly looked to the dark side in hard times(its 8 years for me)... But a cerb is for life. I am never selling it. Any money you get will soon be forgotten.
