I bought a Garmin Nuvi, does not have all the bits you require, although I think that some higher up the range do. This is my first SatNav (excluding using a laptop with GPS and AutoRoute, can't beat a 12" screen!!!), and I am very happy with it.
I narrowed the choice down to two makes, TomTom and Garmin.
Both have faults, but I was "less" put off with Garmin. The Garmin can take a little while to find satellites, but I have heard that you can brick a TomTom with the updates. Although, I quite like some of the screen options on the TomTom.

Last year I had a Garmin 660 (760 is very similar). In January I sold it and got a TomTom 920. I thought the Garmin was good, and had some advantages over TT, but in my definite opinion the TT is better in the most important areas: destination entry, route selection and clarity of guidance.
Downsides of the Tomtom? In my opinion it does not look as nice as Garmin, the graphics are not as pretty, you have to plug in a power supply instead of the power being supplied through the screen mount, it does not come on automatically when power is supplied, and I have had to use TT technical support - never necessary with the Garmin.
Of the many systems I have used (Garmin, Navman, Copilot, and factory systems from BMW/Merc/Porsche/Range Rover/Jaguar) the TomTom is the best in the important areas. If I was buying now it would be a TT 730 or 930.
Whatever Satnav you choose, it is stunning what you can get for so little money - and from a technology which is less than 10 years old.
