Alfa keys?

Hi,

I'm thinking of buying a 145 cloverleaf to get me to work (I have a mini for a week end toy) and I remember hearing something about different colour Alfa keys, I'd like to know what colour means what and I'd appreciate any other advise you can give me about buying a 145.

All 145s should have two identical red ignition keys either with remote alarm blippers or on the later cars a black button to open the doors. They should also have a third brown master key.

They are great, practical and fun cars. Check cambelt has been done in the last 3 years/36,000 miles. Listen for clonks from the front suspension (bushes and anti roll bar mounts are poor). Check it has some oil in it - and check it every week afterwards!
